COVID-19 Note: Due to the disruption in the supply chain, Canada Post might take longer to ship your product. Please note that we are shipping orders out as soon as we can but can't guarantee shipping timelines because it's out of our control and in the hands of our carrier.
All orders are shipped through Canada Post. At the checkout you can select your shipping method. Standard shipping is a fee of $4 which does not include tracking (Canada only). If you would like to track your package select ‘Canada Post Expedited Parcel’. If you live in the Winkler area, you can select the 'Local Pick-up' option and we will message you once your order is ready for pick-up.
Currently we only offer shipping in Canada and United States. Apologies to our international friends! We’re working on expanding our international shipping options.
Processing time is usually 1-3 business days. Please allow at least 15 business days before contacting me if your purchase has not yet arrived.
Shipping delays can happen (e.g. bad weather, mis-routing,customs). Although it is not ideal it does sometimes happen through no fault of mine or yours. Please try and have patience while you wait for your package.
The customer is responsible for any customs/ duty fee or import taxes that may apply. TinyMiracle is not responsible for delays due to customs.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders. We recommend choosing a shipping option that includes a tracking number. We will not replace lost or stolen orders. Please ensure that your shipping and contact information is correct when placing your order. If a package is undeliverable and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
Pre-orders
When we run out of stock fast due to large demand, we start taking pre-orders. This way your order can be shipped immediately upon restock. You will receive a confirmation in your email once the order has been shipped.
